There was a hole drilled through the top of the tank cover. A mistake must have been made at the Toto manufacturing plant. Another complete toilet was sent as the piece could not be obtained. The second one had the same issue. It was picked up by UPS and now I am waiting to hear from the Perigold customer service team. The representatives are professional but the issue has yet to be resolved. The frustration continues sorry to say.

This is the ninth Toto toilet I have purchased & had installed so obviously I think they are great. The package did arrive slightly damaged, but the product was intact. It arrived a day earlier than estimated so that was a plus.
