Ordered this and it was received broken. Took a lot and get a replacement but finally did and it was broken too. This was a gift for my parents and not shipping to me. They got frustrated and bought their own and throw this out vs coming back to me again. They needed a new toilet!

I'm ordering this toilet for the second time. It is the perfect footprint for my small bathroom where every inch I gain helps.

So far so good. The bowl itself is a bit shallower than I was expecting, but otherwise, it seems to be doing its job. The toilet is not the most powerful and tends to gurgle a bit upon flushing, but that’s what you get with a regular gravity-assisted flush.

I love this toilet! I love the height and the flush is wonderful!! I did have to replace the fill value-- it kept coming apart but I don't know if it was a faulty part or the Handy installer didn't attach it correctly. I would definitely say to AVOID the offer of having Handy come install the toilet. Handy was a nightmare!!

Nice toilet for the sale price I paid. Boxes were damaged and partially opened when arrived but product was undamaged. Item took longer than expected to arrive
