Packaged well! I’ve been eyeing the Toto toilet and washlet for some time now. I have not installed it yet, but it’s the perfect height, and looking forward to testing it out once I get it installed.

We installed this toilet in a remodel in our previous house, and LOVED it!! When it was time to remodel the bathroom in our current house I chose to order the same one, so glad I did!! Highly recommended

It's a great toilet and a great price but I wish it was a scheduled delivery as they just left it in my client's lobby. For such an item, it should be a proper delivery service.
