Bad design on the nuts and screws. It was very difficult to screw the nut from under the toilet because you can't see the nut's position to secure your pliers. The anchors are simple inserts and made it hard to keep them in place while screwing the nuts. It's not easy to take seat out for quick cleaning. You'd have to go thru the whole exercise to unscrew and re-screw the nuts back in place. The nuts and screws need to be lubricated. As you can see from photos the nuts resisted to move by hand. We wanted free return but Wayfair did not offer. We're very disappointed that TOTO made such bad design. Wayfair should not sell this product. Disappointed with Wayfair!

Worth the extra money, substantial quality.

The best thing about this toilet seat is that it does not stain. It’s not really porous like most toilet seats and therefore it looks clean most of the time. I got it for my son who has issues dripping and it worked out well for us. I really like it.
