In case this helps anyone-- I bought a Brondell bidet attachment and the T-valve and washer couldn't reach the threads on the line coming out of my toilet tank no matter what I did. I actually wasn't sure what this adapter was based on the description, but it looked like something that could help make the connection so I bought it. Worked like a charm! I'm so happy.

I installed it on my TOTO Aquia IV Washlet Plus toilet with TOTO K300 Washlet Bidet. This part allows you to connect the TOTO Washlet bidets when an extension is required to connect to the fill valve. This part worked as intended and did not leak.
