Looks sleek but my praise stops there. The bowl design is horrible for keeping clean (think shallow shelf for most of the bowl, above water line and a weak flush). The buttons to flush feel cheap and are kinda inconvenient. The toilet seat is not well connected (internally) and wobbles, also is super light and feels cheap. I'm incredibly disappointed with this purchase and after just two days of having it I want my money back.

IMO: I was looking forward to installing these toilets which are very updated looking with clean lines. Unfortunately, they were delivered BROKEN and Wayfair REFUSES TO ASSIST ME WITH THIS THIS ISSUE! There was only wadded paper used as padding which is much too little for such heavy fragile items. I am out almost TWO GRAND in toilets that are completely BROKEN!!!! What exactly am I supposed to do with broken toilets sitting out in the front yard but to toss them after documenting the damage? BTW, Christina, the "escalation manager", totally dropped the ball and made the situation even worse! Apparently, this this CSR closed out the claim without ever bothering to follow up on this with me, which may have foreclosed options for me. I assumed Wayfair was processing the refund as expected but NO! Apparently, Christina locked the order so nothing can be done and no refund or return can be processed after she denied my request to adjust my account but didn't tell me! Apparently, "Christina" values my time at ZERO since I have had to run around figuring out what is going on with the thousands of dollars I FLUSHED down the Toto toilets (figuratively speaking since I have no actual toilets to flush the money down!)! Look at the photos - the toilets look pretty broken to me! Am I supposed to glue them back together and use them? #NoCommonSense I don't understand why I have not received a credit. I guess I'm filing arbitration due to the abject DISRESPECT Wayfair has shown me!!! I'll be asking for attorney's fees for the hassle of all of this and given that Wayfair is violating state consumer laws! #Disgust P.S. In fairness to Toto, I don't know if they were even notified of this issue since Christina may have just been handling it with a lack of common sense or took the easy way out by not dealing with my request.

We purchased this toilet for our bathroom remodel and couldn’t be happier. It’s high quality and easy to clean.
