Tile was perfect— packaged well and arrived fully intact, free shipping, and item price was still competitive or lower with other retailers that were charging ~ $100 for shipping. Delivery took 4 weeks, but the item was backordered and page listed 6 weeks to delivery. I was impressed by the forthright shipping info and the improvement on the estimated date, refreshing compared to many other retailers that leave you hanging with repeated delays and vague updates. On top of all that, the tile is beautiful and high quality. Will definitely shop with Perigold again!
