The tile is beautiful, but I'm on round SIX of trying to get it delivered without being completely smashed. Last round, there was not a single unbroken tile in the box. Sometimes the tile arrives properly packaged, but most of the time someone in shipping has tossed it into a larger box without any protection. I had to escalate up to the third level of customer service last time to try to get this resolved and still received a replacement box without proper packaging. I can't replace the replacement, so now need to call AGAIN. It's wasted hours of both my and my contractor's time trying to get this resolved. It's also cost me hundreds of dollars in wasted personal time and contractor time. Not sure why Perigold can't just correct the packaging issue. not the robust color or feel of the photo. really felt like my time was wasted as well as let down in such a bait and switch feeling. check the colors and you'll see the difference
