I called customer service. I sent photos. You advertised this tile to be 20 inches long…. It is not…. It is off by almost 1/2 and inch which causes a cosmetic problem. No one has gotten back to me as promised. Why don’t you email me at least maxeve10@gmail. You claim you have good customer service. Why am I chasing you?
