These tiles are reasonably easy to cut and place using the right equipment, even I had a go! Whilst they add an element of muted blue to the wall, the color is not a bright so they don’t overwhelm our small laundry wall. Perfect for a modern farmhouse with just the right amount of “rustic”, just what I was looking for. We are thrilled with the end result. They come in boxes of 25 tiles which are very securely machine packed to avoid breakage during shipping, however, the last box we opened had 12 broken tiles. I have, over the past 12 months, placed a few tile orders with Wayfair and this was the first time we have had broken tiles delivered. I spoke with customer service immediately and they very quickly fixed the issue by delivering another full box of 25 tiles which arrived in 2 days, problem solved. Very impressed with Wayfair customer service. In fact I have had more success with my tile orders from Wayfair than I have ordering from the so called high-end tile retailer during our home build. Very happy with both the tile and the Wayfair service.
