Beautiful, but 3 boxes worth came damaged or broken. Went to my old address even tho it was noted correctly

I am so sorry to say that the tiles came broken in all three boxes so we had to send them back. Very poorly packaged and the glaze on the tiles was not over to the edges of the tile faces in some cases. In general we were very disappointed with the packaging and the tiles and the hassle of having to start over again to find a tile for the space.

The tiles are beautiful. Unfortunately, we ordered them and when our tile guy was available several were broken and now it says I am past my window for returns.

The tiles are stunning. Have not installed yet, but two cartons arrived with ALL tiles in one piece! Purchased two more boxes once I decided where to use them. All tiles arrived in perfect condition and I used every one.
