This tile has just arrived and not yet been installed. The packaging could not be more protective. In fact, I couldn't get beyond the wrapper so, I am going to leave it to the contractor. Having said this very unhelpful thing, I will say that I purchased this after having gotten a sample and I was very impressed by the quality and the soft neutral color. It also has a slight dimpling in the finish which gives it a handmade look that I really like. It is very very pretty.
