I spent a lot of money on this tile- splurge for my new bathroom floor. This is cement, it’s heavy and very fragile. Somewhere in the packing and shipping, about 1/2 my tile came chipped on the corners or cracked. I tried uploading the pics that I sent to wayfair but it said error. I contacted wayfair and they sent me an additional box to help cover what was broken but to be honest I think I need about 4 more boxes to cover all the ones that were cracked. I’m in the process of getting more… The tile is awesome- but packaging needs to be better so the product arrives safely.
