• In order to maintain uniformity in both size and color, it's recommended that all tiles required for a project be included in a single order. Each item within an order should be selected from a single color (dye lot) and size (caliber), so if multiple orders are placed, there may be variations in color and/or size across the orders
• Ceramic/porcelain, natural stone, and glass tiles in a particular series may be manufactured at different times. Although the tiles will be true to their design, this can lead to slight variations in both color and size
