Matches perfectly with existing tile

I ordered 2 boxes. Most of the tiles in both boxes were USED & damaged so they'd not ever be able to be adhered to any subfloor and provide a level, finished product. As was pointed out by our contractor, there was evidence of Thinset still adhered to the tile backs & divots/cuts on the top surface of many tiles from a cutting saw. When the tiles were scraped from the previous floor, chunks of the stone broke off unevenly along with some of the Thinset, making each used tile have a varied thickness within the same tile so none would ever lay flat. Although the boxes were secured to a pallet when delivered, several had shattered corners & 1 was cracked from end to end. I expected a variance between tiles, but the colors were not limited to the grey/pink pallet that was advertised.Several were brown, some with white flecks, some bluish with golden areas. I have additional photos of the damaged tiles if you need additional proof, but your website limits the photos to 10.

These were high quality tiles so I gave them 4 stars, but unfortunately they were much darker than the website showed, so we could not use them since they were too dark for the room.
