Water splashed out onto my floor but i love the look so I kept a clear shower curtain to keep the water from splashing out of the open end.

It's a 5 step installation with very clear and easy to follow instructions. We love how it looks and it does a great job of keeping unwanted water off the bathroom floor!

The combination of the sterling frame and the glass gives my bathroom a sophisticated, classy and very elegant look. Instructions were clear and made the installation easy. I recommend two people for the installation if possible since it is a big and heavy piece of glass to put up. I love how my bathroom looks now and that it feels more open and modern. This bath screen door is high quality and sturdy, just make sure to quickly wipe down the glass after showering to prevent water stains and to keep it looking like new. I highly recommend this bath screen! It looks excellent, much better than regular sliding shower doors or shower curtains. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WHISTON BATHSCREEN ROUND 800MM (Sterling) We decided that it was time to have a bathroom makeover and update. I envisioned a spa retreat. In our tiny bathroom, I wasn't sure if that would be possible. I chose the paint and other details and saw my plan coming together. I was beyond thrilled to have the opportunity to test a Whiston shower screen door. This was a tremendous gift opportunity at the perfect time. I was completely unfamiliar with shower screens. As a child I recall shower doors and the chore of cleaning them. I decided that I was a shower curtain person and didn't look back. I was not happy with the moisture and potential mold that shower curtains bring. I also felt that they made our small bathroom feel even more enclosed . When offered this option, I knew that I finally found what I needed. This shower screen brings quality of design and clean modern elegance to the bath at an excellent value. It features a frameless design. I chose a rounded corner, but other models boast a crisp edge, if that's what your design calls for. It's 74-7/8-inch tall in height and covers half of an average sized tub. Whiston installs fairly quickly with adjustability and no cutting required. It came with clear easy to read and follow instructions and good graphics. Our tub wall is vinyl so my husband did have to go buy different anchors in order to screw in the wall mount. The included metal drill bit did break off while drilling one of the 4 holes, but luckily, he did have his own drill bit to use to finish the job. A second person is needed to hang the door, but it is not heavy and only takes a couple of minutes while screws are put into place. There is no bottom track I was pleased to learn. The door swings open and closed and holds in place with a rubber-like gasket. It holds the water inside the tub, yet easily swings open and closed as needed. The clear tempered glass accented by shiny silver finish was the necessary finishing piece to convert my outdated space into a beautiful relaxing spa! The clear view can feature nice tile or artwork. The look is clean, modern, and relaxing. If it comes in oil rubbed bronze finish, I'll be purchasing one for our other bathroom as well. I posted the finished result photos on facebook, and received many compliments from friends, family, and acquaintances. Thanks to the Whiston bath screen by Kohler, I now have a zen happy place in my home that I can visit any time.
