This faucet doesn’t work. No water comes out when the cold tap is on and it leaks in two places. I can’t get any help from the company and I need a replacement. Two plumbers have told me the faucet is bad and can’t be fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are beautifully finished/shiny chrome. The are solid and the character fits with a Victorian bathroom. We matched the lever handles to the shower system. We prefer them over the cross bar handles as those are prone to break and typically are glued. The long warranty is also a plus.

Beautiful faucets! They are a tad big for our sinks which I didn’t take into consideration but we love them.

This faucet looks great and I like that it swivels. However, the hot water lever broke off during installation and we will have to wait 2 1/2 months for a replacement. So much for a nice look.....
