The delivery was fine, however the guys didn't know how to place thee 'rock crystals' and I need someone to come out as soon as possible to correctly place those 'rocks' in front of and under the 'logs.'

Instead of those spring loaded two piece holders, this holder uses a simple rod that tilts up in order to unload/load the toilet paper roll
