nice tub but hard install with parts not fitting and inadequate instructions

The tub itself is very nice looking, but if you love to take bath and relax, it is poorly designed. The ends of the tub is straight up and down vertical. It is not comfortably contoured to fit the human back. Also, you have to be extremely careful getting in and out out the tub or you can easily get your foot caught on the extremely high sides of the tub. Additionally, when trying to sit down in the tub, the bottom of the tub is so low compared to the high sides that you could almost dislocate a shoulder trying to lower yourself all the way to meet the bottom of the tub. It needs to be redesigned and replaced for me free of charge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remodeled the tub area and shower of my master bathroom and had originally thought of a ceramic tub. Since the bathroom is on the 2nd floor, my contractor said we would need to bring the ceramic tub in through the window...in January...using a forklift! That didn't sound good so I asked what possible alternative nice tub there was...they said they had just installed a copper tub at another home. And I found this one! It's beautiful!
