Our customers say

Customers report satisfaction with this tub filler, noting its stability and smooth handle operation. The product is praised for ample water flow and a well-designed handheld spout. However, some users experience dripping from the handheld spout after turning it off, which can lead to water on the floor. Additionally, there are negative comments regarding safety features that require a prolonged cold water run before warm water is available, impacting water temperature.

Finish:Polished Nickel

This is absolutely stunning! It’s not installed yet so I don’t have a photo, but I took it out to place where it will go for the plumbers. It’s solid and the color is beautiful (polished nickel). I will be doing the Greyfield shower system and faucets too. I am mixing the polished nickel (plumbing fixtures) with brushed gold lighting, and very narrow framed black mirrors. I love the different finishes together for our Master bathroom

the safety features on this product make it so that you have to run cold water for at least 30 min before getting a hint of warm water and there is nothing you can do about it. Do not purchase. This is garbage.

We installed a Matte Black Greyfield Floor Mounted Tub Faucet in January 2025. It's stable, and produces ample water flow. The on/off handle is smooth to operate. The handheld spout is round and so much better than the rectangular shape. The only drawback is when you turn the handheld off, water continues to drip so you need to leave it hanging over the edge of the tub before putting it into the holder because water will dribble on the floor.
