Other exclusions include damages incurred as a result of installation, replacement, or repair, and damages due to improper cleaning, misuse, or neglect. This warranty does not cover products installed outside of the United States and Canada. If the product is used commercially or in a multi-unit setting, Signature Hardware warrants the product to be free of manufacturing and mechanical defects within five years from the date the product is delivered.
