This sink arrived in two separate boxes. The base was perfect, the top had a huge crack on the side. I cut my finger when wrestling it out of the box to take a photo. Contacted customer service who arranged replacements (both top and base needed to be returned). Return process was smooth. Wayfair sent replacement sink and base. The sink top was completely cracked! I had to contact customer service SIX times to get two labels to return each box. Shipping and returns were handled by Fed Ex. Returns were received by Wayfair yesterday and I am waiting for a refund. I will never buy another sink from Wayfair, or anything that can be damaged by Fed Ex.
