[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this towel bar to replace an existing towel bar that was substandard and had failed. I’ve used Signature Hardware towel bars many time for customers and had always been impressed by the machined billet mounting disc as opposed to the stamped steel that many manufacturers include with their products. I expected this model to be the same billet mounting disc I had seen in others of this brand. Unfortunately, it was a stamped steel version. The steel appeared to be of a heavier gauge than other lesser brands, but I was disappointed. Additionally, the towel bar was lighter than others I’ve used from Signature Hardware. Overall it looks great, the customer is satisfied and it will last, but I will not be ordering this particular model again.

The description says it is made of solid brass, but it is lightweight and feels cheap. It looks good, but not worth the price. If this is installed in a lightly used bathroom, it would be fine. I decided to return it and get something more heavy duty.

Installation was simple, and the towel bar is holding up to our teenage son's daily use very well so far. We got the brushed nickel version to match the adjacent brushed nickel Hansgrohe fixtures and it's a great match.
