This was a replacement order as the last order sent was the grey version not the black one as we previously ordered and used on a highend home for a client. The replacement order ALSO came grey again and still dont have the black version. How can we GUARANTEE the BLACK version can be sent ASAP as this is now 30 days past due for the client. I need the BLACK on the right as per the order not the grey on the left. PLEASE

Listed as black. Product received gray with muted white strip. First time order has been messed up or substituted.
