Have already had one of these for years, now adding to another bathroom. Have tried multiple other (less AND more) expensive brands and none of them have the high quality, weighty feeling -- or the water pressure. Plus the customer service at Rohl is first class. No matter how long you've had an item, they will send you a replacement part for it for free. Wayfair price can't be beat!

Our previous Rohl was a set pattern and smaller. Very nice improvement. Easy install.
