In the event that any chrome-plated surface or PVD surface of a Product sold to a non-commercial Buyer and installed in a residential setting is found to be defective during normal residential use, Noken will provide the buyer with the necessary parts to return the product to good working condition. This warranty covers the products installed in the Buyer’s home as long as the buyer owns it. In the case of other finishes, the warranty period for the surface is twelve (12) months from the original purchase date. The use of cleaners containing abrasive cleansers, ammonia, bleach, acids, waxes, alcohol, solvents, or other products not recommended for chrome or PVD surfaces will void this warranty. This warranty excludes any labor charges, installation, or other consequential losses or incidental damages. For any other defects in material and workmanship found to exist in the Products, the warranty period is twenty-four (24) months from the original purchase date (except cartridges with a warranty period of 48 months from the original purchase date). Noken will, at its sole option, repair, replace or adjust the Products (or affected components). This warranty is subject to (a) Noken's receipt of written notice from the Buyer of the alleged failure or defect within the term of the warranty, together with proof of purchase (original sales receipt), and (b) the limitations set out below under“other warranty information” and those set forth in any applicable terms and conditions of sale.
