I love these sinks! We put two in our new master bath and haven’t had any problems. We used a drain from our contractor and no leakage so far in two months. The finish is beautiful and the natural stone was a great finish for our decor.

I purchased one of your beautiful Ash Cabrillo Stone Rectangular Undermount Sinks on 3/4/20. It was installed in my granite top, and yesterday the faucet was professionally installed. Following the faucet install, I notice a spot appear at the drain which continued to grow throughout the afternoon. My plumber used plumberS putty at the drain, which is a standard item all plumbers use. No where in the install instruction that came with the sink did it say plumber putty couldn’t be used. You product information claims that the Native Stone sink goes through an extensive sealing process with your exclusive nano sealer that creates a highly stain resistant and durable surface. Surely the putty which is a staple in the industry, wouldn’t stain the sink or you would have placed a warning in the installation brochure that accompanied the sink. Needless to say, I am very distressed and disappointed with this product and feel that your installation instructing was insufficient and omitted a critical warning about the finish of the sink. I guess you can’t use this sink normally as you would any other that are half the price. Pretty to look at, but useless!! Additional Note: They claim that the cement finish inside the sink is very strong, stain resistant, scratch proof. It isn’t. You need to use a cleaner like Dawn and a very soft cloth to clean it & don’t rub hard or it will scratch. Definitely don’t use scrubbers or even paper towels or a cloth that might have any rough finish to it. If you have kids or plan to use the sink as you would any normal one, don’t buy it!
