Very thin metal, feels like a pop can. I am sure it is engineered to work fine, but I prefer a little more sturdy plumbing parts.

When you try to tighten this drain body to the sink the thread insert in the plastic bottom half pulls out. And I didn't even use a wrench. Garbage!

When we ordered our beautiful 15 x 15 bar sink for our RV Commercial van. Wayfair suggested two different drains. Boy! Are we glad we picked this one. Our van is going to be so beautiful.
