Such a beautiful pattern. The tile is thick and fragile so make sure to hire a contractor with experience with cement tile, as he had to purchase a special saw for cutting and thicker trimshoe-molding for the entryway into the kitchen. I definitely would recommend buying a sealer (see the difference in the photos with and without sealer). I knocked off one star because a few tiles were missed with the colored paint and couldn’t be used. I made sure to get 2 extras boxes because the contractor dropped his tape measure which chipped a few tiles and needed replaced.

The color online is beautiful - however it is NOT the color you'll get. I should have listened to the previous customer who scored this tile as a 1 Star, but I was optimistic. However, I was disappointed. If you notice, the 4 and 5 Star reviews are from a few years ago. Perhaps the manufacture changed the color but not the listing. Also, it's very thick which makes it more appropriate for a floor tile even though it's listed it could be a backsplash.

The colors are totally different than the website pictures. I ordered this tile for a client and she is very upset. Looking at the picture I attached and the picture from the order, they are not even close. Can I return them?

Ordered the navy and lavender tile for kitchen backsplash. Beautiful, unique pattern but painting is a little sloppy. Some color dots/smudges on white portions of tiles (worth inspecting closely yourself on arrival and lightly rubbing these off with sanding paper) and somewhat of a hazy film on much of the navy/lavender portions (the colors should look more vibrant). Also 20% of one box was highly discolored and unusable--that's almost $60 thrown away. Poor quality control for something at this price. Also recommend ordering far more than 10% extra to keep your pattern consistent across the wall/edges. Overall beautiful tile (and looks amazing from afar), just wish more attention was paid to execution. Also good to know that there is no side edge (white or silver edge that goes where you end your tile so you don't see the side of the tile) you can order that's wide enough to cover the thickness of this tile (our contractors went to multiple tile stores and big box stores).
