We love the looks of this tile. However, the contractor did not realize that the grout would stain the tile unless it is sealed several times. We ended up having to break out the damaged tile and order more to be installed. We purchased a sealant from the manufacturer and put several coats on before grouting this time. It looks wonderful around the fireplace, but the added time and expense was frustrating.
