Like the other 1 star reviews, both handles locked up after a few years. Moen is sending me replacement parts, but I still have to pay a plumber to fix it! I purchased this thinking it would last a lifetime because I thought this was a high quality brand. I paid extra for the faucets in my bathroom because I wanted them to last. Do not buy this unless you have a plumber in your family who can change out whatever it is that wears out on these every few years.
