These are beautiful fixtures!! Very high quality and the perfect color and style for what we are trying to accomplish in our bathroom remodel.

The Moen products are absolutely great but your shipping method of my items in a bag verses a box was very unprofessional. There was a gapping hold in the bags so I am missing two sets of anchors for two of my circle towel racks. I need you to send me those 2 sets of anchors. It doesn't look like my towel rings or toilet paper holder are damaged.
