Shipping was a pain. Compared to other sites this was the cheapest option. Disappointed by moen though. For the price paid, the faucet feels cheap and even after paying over $2000, they still make you pay $300 more to get the floor mount that is required. One would think that should be included. These companies have become corrupted in my personal opinion.
