Beautiful tile and was so happy to get them on sale. Ordered several boxes and only one tile was broken. Contacted customer service and was issued a credit to account for the broken tile.

The tiles arrived one unit per box, which included 25 tiles. One of the boxes was pretty beat up, but it didnt affect the product inside since it was surrounded securely by thermal foam padding. The tiles themselves are nice quality, love the texture and the floral patterns. Definitely recommend!
