The tile looks great, and it looks like what was promoted on the website. The problem is with the shipping department placing one (1) thin tile in an envelope with very little cushioning material. My Ring doorbell showed the delivery person throwing it on the cement porch. Two wrongs equals a broken tile. Called and a customer service representative graciously processed an order to send a replacement. Have not received the replacement yet. Ron
