The tiles are nice but the packaging that they send it out in lacks quality assurance. Out of two boxes (50 in each) of these tiles 75 tiles were either chipped or cracked. The first order that we had made the tiles were so well packaged that there were none that were damaged. I guess the second order was packaged on a Friday when everyone wanted to leave work early.

I just love this tile! I used it for my backsplash. It’s so subtle, yet a lot of texture. Haven’t change out my outlets yet to black. Just got the tile installed yesterday. Couldn’t be happier!
