Six of the 42 tiles were broken, which can happen, but I was really annoyed that a photo wouldn't suffice and I had to wrap up the broken pieces, schlep them down to FedEx (more than an hour round trip!) to send them back in order to get a free replacement of the $100 in broken tiles. After a more than $7,000 tile order, this seemed very petty.
