There are definitely different looks in the box--not with design (as that was expected), but with color. Some pieces have a very blue or green look to the distressing, some have a very orange rust look, and not all of the distressing looks very authentic. I needed it for a smaller project so was able to pick enough pieces out of the box to make it work, but have about half the box left and not sure I'll ever use due to the look of the distressing.
