Installed in 2018 and no longer have above an average volume. Kohler tech said it is not the amp and the speakers need to be replaced. However I find it hard to believe both speakers go bad at the same time after 5-1/2 years. Save yourself a ton of money and get an Alexa system or a good portable Bluetooth speaker. Definitely do not recommend as the cost of amp and speakers are exorbitant and you could get a very high quality portable unit for much less.
