I ordered 2 of these a while back and just recently had my plumber install the rough-in valve as our bathroom project was delayed. The center valve is missing in both packages so the finish trim cannot be installed. I’m happy to update the review once I hear from seller with resolution but didn’t see any option to reach out on the order page. The faucet itself is beautiful and worth the price.
