Beautiful tub with all the features.

Looks like it is exactly what we have been looking for.

This was very difficult to install and required a great deal of outreach to Kohler. In addition, the bubblemassage motor is located EXTERNALLY, which was not clear when we purchased it and are now trying to find a way to keep water off of it and find a way to make it not look hideous and cheap with a metal motor on the side. Not the freestanding esthetic I think most are looking for with a tub of this type.

I bought a Kohler heated air bubble massage tub in the recommendation of my builder. After using it for one week my bathroom smells like cat urine. It appears that the tub does not adequately purge all of the water after the bath has drained and bacteria grows. This tub was recommended to me as a sanitary alternative to the old jet tubs. I had an old jet tub and never had a problem. I’m very disappointed with Kohler as I feel that they are deceiving customers. I now have to provide “maintenance” in the form of a mix of vinegar and baking soda to erase the smell. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SANITARY TUB AND EXACTLY NOT WHAT IT IS PROVING TO BE
