We have two problems with the 21048-CP shower head… (a) The fully downward maximum adjustment angle of the head is insufficient. Most of the spray passes over my wife's head and lands on the top of the opposite wall of the stall. In a bigger shower stall this issue might not be evident, but our shower stall isn't compatible. My wife has to remove the head from its storage position and manually redirect the aim at all times. (b) The shower head is ultra-fussy to remount in its holder when the water is running. It just doesn't want to seat reliably in its retaining slot (and stay there) unless special care is applied, and that's not a tolerable condition of normal use.

We bought this hand shower to make it easier for our little grandson to take a shower! This definitely did the job. Also we liked the way we could install this ourselves and did not have to call a plumber!
