I purchased this not to replace a water haven set-up but just to replace same shower head (without ball connector) to the shower arm with ball socket. At the time I didn't know the shower arm was standard connection to the riser so a replacement arm and replacement head would have worked rather than this kit. The kit worked but after unscrewing the ball socket from the shower arm the adaptor wasn't able to be threaded because the points of the hexagonal nut protruded too far so I filed them down until it threaded in. I like the original shower arm so I was glad to keep it. The new shower head is perfect and I was glad to replace it with same one after 19 years.

Used this to replace 20 year-old shower head that had gradually clogged up with deposits. The shower head connection is a proprietary Kohler design that could not be easily replaced with an off-the-shelf shower head. The directions included schematics and this made replacement relatively easy. I again greatly enjoy using this Kohler shower.

My son got this shower head for Christmas. It does give a rain like feel but there is no higher pressure setting. It is definitely the shower head, as the previous one had excellent pressure.

This shower head was a perfect replacement for my water haven shower. It does not mount quite like the original however all parts and adaptors are included for a perfect fit. A large crescent wrench and a pair of channel locks will do the job just fine for you. Nothing to it!
