Our customers say

Customers find the product easy to install and appreciate its comfortable design. The built-in nightlight is a highly praised feature, providing just enough illumination for nighttime use without being too bright. The quiet-close mechanism is also a popular aspect, preventing loud slamming. The product's appearance is described as sleek and attractive, adding a nice touch to the bathroom. However, some users have noted that changing the batteries can be inconvenient, requiring the seat to be unscrewed. There are also isolated reports of the lighting feature not working.

Super simple to install - I'm a single woman, not very handy but was able to install this in a matter of minutes. It's in a basement bathroom so the nightlight is useful.

Have always gone with the nightlight Kohler products...the installation instructions need a reality check...especially since you have changed how the seat affixed to the toilet bowl with a brand new screw lock mechanism. The product is great...the installation instructions are a joke.
