I am remodeling my bathroom with new and vintage Kohler products. Kohler describes the finish of Riff bathroom hardware as "vibrant brushed moderne brass." When I worked with a Kohler interior designer on my five-figure remodel I assumed the exterior parts would be metal. Apparently the shower head and backing for handle are .... plastic. Ugh. It's a _great_ Kohler design! And frim what I hear, a popular design. Why doesn't Kohler respond to my and other consumer complaints about the plastic pieces and produce this design with metal parts? If Kohler is considering replacing the plastic exterior parts with metal, when can we expect to see the improved product?

This trim kit changed the entire look of the bathroom. It complemented my Kohler faucets on the bathroom sinks.
