Customers praise the product's beautiful appearance and high quality, noting its stunning and elegant design. However, many express significant dissatisfaction with its functionality, reporting issues such as diverter failures, the hand shower not working, and inconsistent temperature control. Concerns about value are also raised, with some customers feeling the product's performance does not justify its cost, especially given the reported malfunctions.
