The water pressure it not what we wanted. We have strong pressure at the source, but the restrictions on the shower head will not allow the pressure to come through. We can not use both heads at once, and the one head is just weak. We removed what restrictions we could but still not happy. Wish we had known before spending so much on this head.

not very good customer service …i got the bathroom faucet instead of 400 worth shower the only thing they could do is refund instead of expedite new shipping ASAP very poor if there would be no star thats what this deserve
