I have had 4 previous bidets. Long time users. This is the best and most thought out seat/bidet combo we have encountered. Home care givers will love the attention given to the design. Rather than list all the things we like, we will just say you will not find better in this price range at this time. Enjoy.

Wow. What a terrible purchase. I installed water filters in my home, so this should not have been a stretch, but I could not get the parts to fit; I had to pay someone to install it for me. Once installed, it leaks water all over the floor from the handle. I had a bidet that cost 20 dollars for years and it worked better than this. And of course, no replacement and no refund. I will not buy this brand or from this site again and will advise others to do avoid both also.

Simple and inexpensive. No problems until just recently. A leak where handle turns off/on

It works well and was easy to install. Having said that I measured my toilet and looked at the measurements for the bidet and it was still smaller than I expected. Might not be right for larger or plus sized people.

Within two months the bolts and butterfly nut no longer grab the threads and slide in and out easily, making the toilet seat slide off the bowl. And Wayfair refused to help replace any parts. It has only been two months.
