Wayfair sent us an open box item at full price and refused to exchange it.

3 stars because very pleased with how it looks, however it arrived a day too late for my plumber to install so I will be returning it. Can't speak on installation or how it works.

I will open with a note that I have not installed this, yet. I will try to update this once I install the it. However, what I can say is that it is well made and comes with instructions. The color (oil rubbed bronze) is one of the better renditions of this finish - it has a wonderful depth of color and warmth, without looking black w/ bronze highlights.
