[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Straight off my husband was a little frustrated, the parts don’t come with an allen(?) wrench that you need to install. Would be nice if the box came with plumbers tape. The material is well made and feels sturdy, the finish is pretty. The water pressure was shockingly good. We will be using it more obviously but so far it’s okay. I would not recommend it to anyone I know, the price point is way up there unfortunately. And the installation, having to do it by yourself and not hiring help, was a pain and frustrating at times.

I’m sorry I didn’t install the HydroRail long ago! The shower head is powerful yet gentle, and the handheld unit is convenient & also works well as the main shower head for my young grand child. Switching from the overhead to the handheld unit is smooth & easy, as is adjusting the height of the handheld unit on the column. Highly recommend.

Had my walk-in shower for a week now and couldn't be happier with the hydro rail. Top shower head is great with plenty of pressure and the lower handheld is great for rinsing off. Easy to switch from one to the other. Very nice experience . No complaints so far.

This has totally transformed my shower. It’s made my shower safer and reduced water use.

poor quality. broke in less that a years time. Complete waste of money
